Janitoral Worker

We are seeking dedicated janitorial workers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across a coworking space and an outdoor mall. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals comfortable with tasks such as washing dishes and using basic cleaning tools.

• Maintain cleanliness in a coworking space and wash dishes.
• Empty trash bins throughout the mall, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste.
• Sweep walkways, common areas, and entrances; remove debris and litter from outdoor spaces.
• Check and restock bathrooms, and report any needs for escalation to the permanent staff.

• Proficiency in cleaning, sweeping, dishwashing, and trash removal.
• Ability to maintain coworking space and public outdoor mall areas.

• At least six months of cleaning or janitorial experience.

You will work outdoors, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of shopping areas. The role starts with maintaining a coworking space before transitioning to broader responsibilities within the mall. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 2:30 PM, with an initial 30-hour work week that increases to 40 hours after transitioning to the mall team.

This is a Contract position based out of Gilbert, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
