Administrative Assistant
We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant who enjoys being at the center of daily office activity and keeping business operations running smoothly. This role supports a small, collaborative office environment and blends administrative support, customer interaction, and light accounting responsibilities. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is organized, friendly, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front-office administrative tasks including answering phones, greeting customers, and responding to general inquiries.
- Support office organization, scheduling, document preparation, filing, and internal communications.
- Assist with light bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, sales tax entry, and basic accounting office support.
- Help manage data entry and updates using Google and Microsoft productivity tools.
- Coordinate with team members in a small-office setting to support daily workflow and smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Outlook, Word, Excel, and QuickBooks Online.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounting office processes preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Able to thrive in a small-office environment and contribute to a collaborative culture.
- Curiosity or familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus.
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with both internal staff and customers.
