ServiceNow Platform Engineer

**CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Platform Engineer position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.** **Duration:** 12 months **What You'll Do:** + Lead design & development of scoped applications on ServiceNow App Engine. + Build reusable integrations via **Integration Hub** and manage CI/CD pipelines. + Optimize instance performance (indexes, queries, caching) and lead platform health initiatives. + Define platform guardrails and ensure enterprise best practices. + Collaborate with IT & business teams to deliver high-impact solutions. **What You Bring:** + 8+ years of ServiceNow App Engine experience. + Expertise in Scripted REST APIs, ACLs, and data modeling. + Strong background in CI/CD, branching, instance migration, and integrations. + Performance optimization & governance leadership skills. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
