Help Desk Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will provide technical support to ensure seamless operations for both local and remote users. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to help desk tickets and user support requests. - Provide technical assistance to resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and printers. - Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware and software systems. - Configure and manage desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals. - Install, update, and configure operating systems, software applications, and utilities. - Assist remote staff by setting up and troubleshooting secure remote access tools. - Prioritize support requests, escalate issues to supervisors as needed, and suggest effective workarounds. Requirements - Proficiency in Active Directory management. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10. - Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. - Familiarity with managing and resolving service desk tickets. - Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
