Full-Time | Chandler, AZ Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses | Unlimited Earning Potential | Targeted yearly income $100,000k + Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends based on customer needs
Reports To: Sales Manager

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home and virtual sales consultations with homeowners
- Build trust through a consultative sales approach focused on customer needs and long-term value
- Prepare and present accurate proposals, system recommendations, and financing options
- Educate customers on:
- Energy-efficient HVAC systems
- Indoor air quality solutions
- Maintenance programs
- Available upgrades and home comfort options
- Maintain timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and customer communications
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Document customer interactions, project details, and sales activity within company CRM systems
- Attend project kickoff and quality assurance meetings as needed
- Generate referrals, repeat business, and positive online reviews
- Stay current on products, technology, industry trends, and company offerings
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional sales or technical training preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales software, mobile applications, and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
Desired Qualifications
- Residential HVAC or related in-home sales experience
- Experience presenting financing options and closing high-value residential projects
- Knowledge of HVAC load calculations, energy efficiency standards, and home comfort solutions
