Role description: Manage accurate information of inputs and material resources of inventory stock. Provide production with daily inputs as scheduled.

Job Responsibilities: Activities/Tasks/Responsibilities

-Download from the system all required inputs for production.

-Supply inputs to storehouse stock at the end of each month.

-Accept, count and sort received materials.

-Order all required materials.

-Implement material analysis.

-Coordinate transfers of local materials.

-Plan additional required materials. Return to stock all rejected inputs daily.

-Download from the system all imported inputs materials to send to Ramona.

-Deliver all required physical inputs for a daily production.

-Check out order forms/P.O's according to requests.

-Address any doubt from production staff regarding to order forms/received requests.

-Carry and print out additional production orders. Adjust and print reports out of upcoming transfers for next day.

-Receive and print out production orders.

-Print out production orders for next day.

-Participate in any other activity assigned by the supervisor, according to company needs.

NOTE: This position may be exposed to minor noises, cold, dust and humidity, regarding its working environment. The company would provide all necessary elements to reduce occasional discomfort.
