CDL - A Dedicated Regional

We are accepting applications and are looking to hire the best drivers that want to be part of our team. Home every week usually on Thurs & Fri, primarily running Goodyear AZ to Portland / PNW, grab your backhaul then home . Driver unload - mostly pallets with some down stacking and sorting of cases, reefer (food beverages and supplies for the airlines) 3-7 stops per week, home time is 34-48 hours a week. Starting pay is .71cpm + benefits after 30 days paid time off after 30 days.

We have inward and outward facing cameras.

Truck speed governed at 68.

No pets and no passengers at this time.

Our driver must be experienced with driving in inclement weather and chaining.

Touch Freight - Driver assist unloading to the customer, mostly pallets with a pallet jack.

Home weekly for your reset, dedicated truck Freightliner Cascadia 24/25/26

We follow DOT rules and regulation, we want you home safely each week with on time deliveries, excellent customer service and we work with you to meet those requirements. We are not your typical trucking company, and you can talk to our drivers to see how they feel about it.

.71cpm is all inclusive = we do have some exceptions where you earn more, ask for details.

We do annual reviews based on performance, you could get an increase and if you/we are doing well there could be end of year bonus also based on performance which includes safety among other factors. Normal increase based on performance is .02 - .03cpm

• 5 years recent experience required with a good driving record

Wage Range: 1900.00 - 2350.00 per week
