We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Physician Practice Liaison / Marketing Representative to support the growth of our Pain Management practice. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships across commercial insurance, personal injury, and workers’ compensation channels.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, understand the nuances of PI/WC workflows, and be comfortable building partnerships with attorneys, case managers, adjusters, and medical providers.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong referral relationships with:
o Primary care providers, specialists, and urgent care centers
o Personal injury attorneys and legal offices
o Workers’ compensation adjusters, case managers, and employers
· Conduct regular in-person and virtual outreach visits to referral sources
· Promote the practice’s pain management services, including interventional procedures and treatment plans
· Educate referral partners on scheduling, documentation requirements, and turnaround times
· Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for commercial, PI, and WC segments
· Identify new referral opportunities and expand market presence
· Track referral sources, volumes, and conversion metrics
· Coordinate and attend networking events, legal/medical mixers, and community outreach events
· Collaborate with leadership to align outreach with practice growth goals
· Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and follow-ups including mileage
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison, or medical sales
· Strong knowledge of pain management, personal injury, and/or workers’ compensation processes preferred
· Experience working with attorneys, lien-based cases, or adjusters is highly desirable
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
· Comfortable working in the field and meeting with external partners daily
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and tracking systems
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
