Adecco is seeking Call Center Agents for our local client in Mesa, AZ. Our team members are passionate about delivering outstanding service, solving problems, and creating memorable experiences for every customer interaction As a **Call Center Agent** , you will be the voice of our clients-assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every call, chat, or email. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. **Location: Onsite in Mesa, AZ** **Pay- $** **18.50/hour** **Direct hire! 8 hour shift between the hours of 9:15AM-9:15PM** **Key Responsibilities** + Handle **inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails** in a professional and courteous manner. + **Listen actively** to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate information or solutions. + **Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates** as required. + **Troubleshoot product or service issues** , escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary. + Maintain a strong understanding of client products, promotions, and policies. + Accurately **document customer interactions** using internal systems and CRM tools. + Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. + Upholdvalues of empathy, teamwork, and integrity in all customer interactions. **Qualifications** + **High school diploma or equivalent** required; college coursework a plus. + **6+ months of customer service or call center experience** preferred. + Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** . + Strong **problem-solving and active listening** abilities. + Proficient in **basic computer applications** and CRM systems. + Ability to **multitask** in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. + Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
