What We're Looking For

Must Haves:

• Genuine passion for fitness and community

• Love for Phoenix and knowledge of its neighborhoods

• Natural people skills and authentic enthusiasm

• Self-motivation and ability to manage your time

• Reliable transportation to get around the city

• Comfort with a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends when the best events happen!)

• Social media savvy and ability to create engaging content

• Experience with Instagram and understanding of what makes content shareable

• Desire to learn and grow in a sales role

Bonus Points:

• Existing connections in Phoenix's fitness world

• Experience teaching, training, or participating in fitness communities

• Previous sales, business development, or community-building experience

• Social media content creation experience or photography skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Understanding of how tech platforms work
