HR Administration Analyst

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide support to the Cove payroll function by helping process bi-weekly, multi-state and international payroll for up to 800 employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support with preparation, processing, and balancing payroll data such as timecard hours, PTO, commissions, expenses, and bonuses.
- Support benefits administration including back end open enrollment set up, life events set up and benefit processing.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from team members, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR team member, providing excellent customer service to Cove team members and managers.
- Coordinate with HR and property management teams to process employee changes (new hires, pay changes, terminations, etc.) and collect required paperwork.
- Provide information for verification of employment and unemployment claims.
- Update and maintain company organization charts and contact lists.
- Maintain employee files and upload all employee documents within the UKG Pro HRIS system.
- Effectively manage other projects as assigned to support the HR team, which at times may not be directly related to payroll processing.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
- UKG Pro experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Close attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- High level of customer service with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive, confidential issues and information.
- Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs a must.
- Strong reporting and Excel Skills.
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs.
- Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, changing environment at a rapidly growing company.
