Bill's Pest & Termite is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to become an integral part of our office team. This is not an entry-level receptionist position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping a busy operation running smoothly.

Our office is the hub of our business. This role directly supports our customers, field technicians, and management team while helping ensure our daily operations run efficiently.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer a high volume of incoming customer phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond to customer emails, text messages, and online inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Build and adjust technician routes to maximize daily efficiency
• Communicate continuously with field technicians throughout the day
• Assist customers with questions, scheduling changes, payments, and service concerns
• Maintain accurate customer records and detailed notes
• Maintain Accounts Receivable by monitoring outstanding balances, collecting past-due payments, and minimizing aging.
• Provide administrative support to management
• Assist with various office projects and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Help keep the office organized and operating efficiently

• Is highly organized and detail-oriented

• Can adapt to changing priorities in a growing company
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
• Works well independently while also being a strong team player
• Maintains a positive, professional attitude even during busy periods
• Is dependable, punctual, and accountable

Experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, administrative support, or office management is strongly preferred.
