Office Manager
We are a fast-growing, family-focused dental practice in Phoenix serving families, seniors, working professionals, and cosmetic patients. Our office also offers orthodontics and features a bilingual team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.
We are seeking a strong, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our team and help continue driving growth and excellence in our practice.
Position Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and supporting the team, optimizing production and collections, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role requires strong leadership, organization, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations
Lead, coach, and support team members
Monitor and improve production and collections
Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
Maintain efficient scheduling and workflow
Support growth initiatives and practice development
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of dental office management experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
