About this job: Family owned and operated Residential HVAC company seeks CSR/Dispatcher to assist our growth -We're busy! Casual dress, home work environment located in North Phoenix (SR51/Greenway). This is in office , not a work from home position. Pets are present in the work area.

Shift hours vary based on season - Monday thru Friday and emergency on call every other weekend,

The PREFERRED candidate will possess the following skill sets:

• Must be a go getter, independent worker, and take initiative.
• Must be an excellent communicator.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of Phoenix roadways.
• Constantly seeks out ways to improve business operations.
• People person with Positive & Professional Personality.
• The ability to keep calm during stressful situations.
• Good time management skills, punctual and highly organized.

Primary Duties:

• Handling incoming and outgoing customer care calls.
• Scheduling appointments while balancing priority and logistics.
• Data entry/processing -using P3 field service software.
• Prepare word documents & excel spreadsheets, merging fields, formulas, etc...
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
• Some social media posting

Required Education and Experience:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel.
• 1+ years of experience in home services.
