About the role

As a Legal/Contracts Manager, you will be part of a highly accomplished, diverse and experienced international legal team that will challenge you to think boldly and differently. We will count on you to provide clients the guidance and expertise needed to select, implement and manage complex technology solutions to drive business outcomes. Along the way, you will get to:

• Advise internal clients (e.g. sales, finance, operations, marketing and service delivery teams) on financial risk in commercial transactions, complex agreements, approval processes, company policies and procedures, intellectual property related issues, negotiating strategy, compliance with company requirements, and customer and partner contract reviews
• Draft, review, revise and negotiate contracts (e.g. master/framework agreements and related amendments and addenda, and statements of work)
• Lead and help develop a team of up to five legal/contract teammates.
• Summarize and communicate contract concepts and make recommendations teammates can clearly understand and act upon

What we’re looking for

• JD, preferred but not required

• Minimum 5 years of experience at a large technology company or law firm

• Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward by gaining support needed from others while working in a cross-functional role

• Effective leadership skills with the ability to provide overall team vision and direction.
