Located in Goodyear, AZ Salary: $20 Location: Phoenix, AZPay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Job Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Shipping & Receiving Parts Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing HVAC parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming HVAC parts and materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
- Use RF scanners, inventory systems, or shipping software as needed
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
- Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience required
- HVAC parts knowledge preferred
- Experience using forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
