What You Will Be Doing

• Orchestrating comprehensive campus construction projects from raw land acquisition through occupancy certification across diverse U.S. markets
• Developing detailed viability analyses, construction budgets, and regulatory risk evaluations to inform critical site selection decisions
• Crafting precise construction roadmaps with clear milestones, synchronizing efforts between internal departments and external partners

Basic Requirements

• Based in the United States with legal authorization to work without visa sponsorship
• Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 60%) including property inspections, contractor meetings, and regulatory consultations
• Verifiable experience leading a minimum of three complete construction projects from initial planning through final delivery
• Demonstrated success managing simultaneous construction cycles across multiple geographic markets
• Comprehensive understanding of permitting requirements, zoning regulations, and approval processes across diverse jurisdictions
• Exceptional vendor management capabilities including budget oversight and timeline adherence in high-stakes environments
• Outstanding communication skills enabling seamless coordination between legal, real estate, financial, and operational teams

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
