We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Manager to lead the continued development and adoption of a large-scale digital experience platform serving residents, boards, and community managers across a national portfolio of communities. This role will guide product planning, delivery, and rollout coordination, serving as the connection point between end users, technical teams, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development with a strong preference for candidates who understand the HOA or property management software space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and manage the product roadmap across multiple platform modules and user types
- Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
- Lead the prioritization and grooming of product backlogs in collaboration with development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, customer success, marketing, and training to ensure alignment and drive adoption
- Work closely with project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of product features
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate product direction
- Create and deliver internal and external documentation for new features and enhancements
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure feature usage, engagement, and adoption over time
- Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business objectives
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, or software delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional product roadmaps
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across departments and functions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience with HOA software , community association management platforms, or property tech
- Experience working with resident-facing or service delivery platforms
- Background in customer success, training, or tech adoption strategy
- Prior experience in agile delivery environments
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and modular platform design
Skills:
- Proven ability to own and evolve a digital product from planning through adoption
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, agile delivery, and iterative development
- Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive digital experiences
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders around product decisions
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent product platforms
- Strong analytical skills; experience defining and tracking product success metrics
- Comfortable working with outsourced or remote development teams
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Execution & Results – They must deliver high-quality features on time, manage competing priorities, and ensure measurable adoption of the platform.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
- Lifting: Occasional lifting of lightweight items (e.g., laptops, documents) up to 10 lbs.
- Mobility: Minimal, primarily moving within an office or meeting space; occasional walking at conferences or site visits.
- Working Conditions: Primarily climate-controlled office or home office; Work is undertaken both indoors in an office environment as well as outdoors; Up to 50% travel expectations including travel to corporate offices, client sites, or events; Must be able to respond to after-hours emergencies as necessary.
- Personal Protective Gear: Not typically required; however, it may be necessary when visiting certain community sites or during special events.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Frequent extended sitting while working at a computer; occasional standing during presentations, workshops, or meetings.
- Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for typing, mouse operation, and handling office equipment.
- Driving: Occasional driving or traveling via other means for site visits, conferences, or stakeholder meetings. A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required and will be reviewed at hire and periodically thereafter.
