Qualifications:

• Automotive Sales Manager experience is required.
• 8 years of experience working in sales management.
• Proven experience in managing groups and teams.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Dealer in planning, organizing, and controlling the Sales Department.
• Measure employee performance in the department and provide necessary assistance.
• Forecast and strive to meet departmental goals and objectives.
• Attend managers' meetings.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of sales employees.
• Direct salespeople to enhance the dealership's image and customer experience.
• Communicate with and mentor salespeople to ensure adherence to dealership policies and procedures.
• Set sales goals for salespeople and review their performance.
• Conduct daily sales and training meetings.
