Job Title: URGENT NEED for DSP (Direct Support Professionals) / Caregiver in Tempe, AZ.

About: Inspire, Inc. is a nonprofit, non-medical, home and community-based services (HCBS) agency for DDD.

Inspire will Recruit, Certify & Train candidate.

General Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Over 21 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Driver’s License (Driver Required)
• Must clear a Criminal Background Check
• Fingerprint Clearance Card (L1/HCBS)

DDD Service types we provide

• Attendant Care (ATC) - Assist with daily living
• Habilitation (HAH) - Teaching new skills
• Respite (RSP)

Candidate must be willing to be a driver and support members activities such as:

• Attend Bowling a few times per week
• Support Exercise & Swimming at YMCA
• Support members work with the Food Pantry
• Learning the Augmentative Device for communication and goals
• Willing to take City Bus / Transportation from time to time

Times of day (weekly) & some weekends.

• Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 5:00PM average daily times depending on activity.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
