Class A CDL Driver - Dedicated Regional (Home Weekly | Multiple Western States)

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional dry van account based in Phoenix, Arizona. This position offers weekly home time, consistent freight, take-home truck opportunities, and strong weekly earnings.

Drivers will deliver dry freight throughout Arizona, Utah, and portions of Southern California. This is a physically active position that requires unloading freight at customer locations using a roto-cart system and lift gates.

Pay & Compensation

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500

Average Annual Earnings: $78,000

Mileage Pay

• 0–1 Year Experience: $0.50 CPM
• 2 Years: $0.51 CPM
• 3 Years: $0.515 CPM
• 4 Years: $0.525 CPM
• 5 Years: $0.53 CPM
• 6 Years: $0.54 CPM
• 7 Years: $0.545 CPM
• 8 Years: $0.555 CPM
• 9+ Years: $0.56 CPM

Home Time & Schedule

• Weekly home time
• 34-hour weekly reset
• Truck can be parked at home or a secure approved location
• Consistent dedicated freight schedule

What You'll Do

• Deliver dedicated dry freight throughout:
  • Arizona
  • Utah
  • Southern California
• Average approximately 3 loads per week
• Unload freight using a roto-cart system
• Make lift gate deliveries to customer locations
• Handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform backing and maneuvering in tight delivery locations
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to perform frequent physical unloading
• Comfortable lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong backing and close-quarter maneuvering skills
• Comfortable making customer deliveries
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Professional attitude and strong safety record

Training

• One-week mentor ride required
• Dedicated account training provided before operating independently
