Responsibilities:

• Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with our customers.
• Drive our business growth through sales while ensuring profitability.
• Conduct detailed inspections of customer homes to identify required services.
• Develop and present tailor-made proposals to both existing and potential clients.
• Engage in networking and cold calling to generate sales leads.
• Proactive telephone prospecting and appointment scheduling.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Background checks will be conducted on all potential hires.
• Prior outside sales experience is a plus.
• Customer Service experience of 1 year (Preferred)

• Competitive compensation: $55,000.00 - $250,000 per year.
