Accounting Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $30.00 to $35.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage full-cycle accounting including A/P, A/R, general ledger, invoicing, and purchasing using Sage.
• Process and oversee end-to-end payroll, including taxes, garnishments, benefits, and PTO tracking.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and report insights to leadership.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure accuracy across all financial records.
• Handle HR-related accounting functions and compliance, including employee records, benefits administration, and tax filings (TPT, 940/941).

Accounting Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or hands-on accounting experience with the ability to work independently.
• Strong experience with Sage (required) and full-cycle accounting processes.
• Proven ability to manage payroll, payroll taxes, and benefits administration.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive “take-charge” mindset with minimal need for training.
