Position Highlights:

Spend the majority of your time performing premium cataract & refractive procedures, working with cutting-edge technology and advanced lens options, including:

• Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery (LACS) with femtosecond laser
• Light Adjustable Lenses (LALs)
• Multifocal and Extended Depth-of-Focus (EDOF) Lenses
• Toric Lenses

Collaborate directly with the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Executive Committee to drive clinical excellence and educate both patients and colleagues on emerging technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Immediate access to high surgical volumes (2,000+ cases per year) with a focus on superior patient care.
• Serve as the clinical champion for premium surgical solutions and patient education.
