Benefits Call Center Representative Pay is $15.00 during training and $16.00 during production Full time schedules between the hours of 8am-7pm Mon-Sun. Work Shift will be assigned after training which may include at least one weekend day. About the Inbound Customer Service Advisor Role - Remote role: As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from:

• Healthcare Benefits
• Retirement Benefits
• Additional Employee Perks

You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems. Position will be Remote To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to ensure call resolution in a timely manner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain the highest standards of quality, guarantee customer satisfaction on every call, have natural empathy, determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution, and perform other duties as assigned. • Have previous customer service and/or call center experience.
• Are a problem solver who can patiently listen to, understand, and address complex customer issues.
• Have strong people skills to build a genuine connection with a customer
• Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease
• Have experience working with healthcare and employee benefits.
• Have extensive experience with typing and keyboarding.
• Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers
• Have the ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program (6-8 weeks)

To meet our requirements, you should:

• Be at least 18 years or older
• Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Have at least six months of customer service and/or call center experience
• Have strong typing and keyboarding experience

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,600 - $37,000.
