Agent – Buyer & Seller Support
Location: Remote (must reside within 50 miles of Phoenix,
AZ)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: December 1, 2025
Shifts: Daytime/Evening (between 5:00am–11:30pm PST)
Compensation:
- 0–2 years experience: $24/hr
About the Role As a CX
Agent you’ll be the first point
of contact
for our customers—buyers and
sellers—who need support navigating the platform. You’ll play a key role in
ensuring our users feel heard, supported, and empowered.
You’ll work within Zendesk ,
our CRM platform, to manage and respond to customer inquiries. With access to
detailed SOPs and documentation, you’ll be equipped to provide timely and
accurate support across a variety of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer support queues in Zendesk
- Respond to 50–80 tickets per day (volume may vary)
- Provide email-based support to buyers and sellers
- Follow SOPs to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Participate in quarterly shift bidding (based on performance and seniority)
Support Teams
Placement will be based on
business needs at time of hire:
- Buyer Support: Assist with order-related issues
- Seller Support: Assist with account-related issues
Scheduling &
Availability
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays if scheduled
- Shifts may include:
- 5:00am–2:00pm PST
- 1:30pm–10:30pm PST
- 2:00pm–11:00pm PST
- 2:30pm–11:30pm PST
What You’ll Bring
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage high ticket volumes with accuracy
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and workflows
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60008.00/yr.
