We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Electrician to oversee electrical projects across diverse construction and renovation sites. We’re growing—and looking for a Lead Electrician who can take ownership of projects, lead crews, and represent our brand at a high level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate electrical installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites and renovation projects.
• Maintain and train apprentices.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate wiring and system setup.
• Supervise other electricians on board providing guidance on best practices, safety protocols, and efficient workflow management.
• Install and troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment.
• Ensure all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local regulations for safety and quality.
• Manage the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems in industrial settings.
• Conduct inspections using schematics and blueprint reading skills to verify proper installation and identify potential issues early.
• Install and oversee service upgrades (200A-400A)
• Install sub panels and feeders, EV chargers, generators, solar, and energy storage systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a residential and commercial electrician with a strong background in electrical systems installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Extensive construction site experience with knowledge of renovation projects and framing carpentry is highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems as well as high voltage applications in industrial or commercial environments.
• Knowledge of NEC standards for electrical safety and wiring practices.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively on fast-paced projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for versatile project support.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years electrical experience (level 3 preferred)
• Proven ability to run jobs independently
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of NEC and load calculations
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Preferred:

• Experience with generators, solar, or battery storage systems
• Leadership or crew management experience
