As a full-service insurance agency, we specialize in Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Financial Services, and Life Insurance. This program will equip you with the tools needed to excel in sales, customer service, and leadership within the insurance industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learn the full suite of Farmers Insurance products and how to effectively offer them to clients
• Prospect and build relationships with leads provided to you, as well as self-generated prospects
• Work side-by-side with experienced agents and participate in one-on-one coaching sessions
• Build a business plan and sales strategy that will prepare you for successful agency ownership
• Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet individuals' and businesses' unique needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Has 1-5 years of sales, customer service, or entrepreneurial experience
• Self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Willing to commit to learning, growth, and a long-term career path
• Must be able to obtain state insurance licenses (we provide guidance)
