Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and order processing in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. This role is fully onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order entry, timely follow-up, and excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems
- Process and manage customer orders from start to completion
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues or questions
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer support
Required Background
- 1 + year prior experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite during scheduled hours
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial supply, or distribution environments
- Familiarity with ERP or order entry systems
- Customer service experience supporting technical or product-based orders
