We are looking for a Processing Support - Data Entry Specialist to assist with clerical and administrative tasks, with a strong emphasis on data entry and electronic filing. In this role, you'll provide essential support to ensure smooth operations within the department. Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and organize data in company systems.
File, retrieve, and classify a variety of materials for easy access.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assemble policies, documents, manuals, and presentations as needed.
Process and log incoming premiums and checks, ensuring accuracy and security.
Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, and distributing mail and packages.
Assist in preparing legal notices and ensuring all necessary documents are properly attached. What We're Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of general office experience with a focus on data entry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
