Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Surgery opportunity in the mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona
New opportunity for a board eligible, board certified surgeon - fellowship trained in surgical critical care, to join Flagstaff Medical Center s trauma program. Flagstaff Medical Center has more than 275 inpatient beds and is a State Level 1 Trauma Center and a regional referral center for all of Northern Arizona.
Position includes: Trauma, Surgical Critical Care and Emergency General Surgery. The Surgical ICU has 10 beds, and the program has 4 full time trauma nurse practitioners and two surgical residents. Clinic is an average of one day per month.
Salary & Benefits
Salary- $400,000 - $430,000 wRVU Bonus Incentive
Sign On Bonus- $65,000 401(k)/ up to 5% match
Annual CME- $5,000 Annual Dues/Licenses- $2,500
