We are currently hiring for a professional security role at a commercial property in the Central Phoenix area. This position requires a dependable individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing patrols across designated levels of the facility
Respond quickly and appropriately to service-related incidents
Follow established site protocols and escalate as needed
Maintain consistent, professional communication with management and client representatives
Collaborate closely with on-site security teams and building staff
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
Ideal Candidates May Also Have:
Valid security guard license and industry experience
Background in military, law enforcement, or emergency response
Compensation:
$22.00/hour, paid weekly
