What You'll Do

This is a retail-based solar sales role.

• Engage customers in high-traffic retail locations
• Educate homeowners on how solar reduces Arizona utility costs
• Qualify interest and present customized solar solutions
• Build rapport and trust through face-to-face interaction
• Represent Solar Pros with professionalism and confidence

Who We're Looking For

We are hiring both entry-level reps and experienced closers.

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable initiating conversations in a retail setting
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
• No experience required. Full training provided
• Previous sales or solar experience is a plus
