Remote Account Manager - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Account Manager - REMOTE. The Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring producer participation, regulatory compliance, and reporting accuracy across assigned accounts. This role encompasses day-to-day account management, onboarding, and compliance support for producers. By working closely with internal teams, the Account Manager ensures high-quality service and operational excellence in the execution of producer services from registration to ongoing management. This position significantly influences the organization’s ability to meet regulatory obligations and support producers effectively.
Accountabilities
- Assist in identifying and qualifying non-registered producers subject to EPR obligations.
- Communicate the organization’s value proposition and regulatory requirements to producers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and account setup of new producers.
- Support producers through the compliance lifecycle, including registration and data submission.
- Monitor account status and proactively identify compliance risks.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned producers.
- Maintain accurate records of producer interactions and compliance milestones.
- Support producers in preparing and submitting required reports.
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ relevant experience, including 3+ years in account management or client services.
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM and data/reporting workflows.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and escalate issues appropriately.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
