Job Summary:
The inpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments in a hospital or inpatient setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate clinical competence and provide patient-centered care tailored to individuals across various age groups, adhering to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must have graduated from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent; possess a current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice; BLS certification required; and have 0 years of experience.
• Location: 1625 N Campbell Ave, Tucson, AZ 85719.
• Additional Information: Employees working for the organization in specific settings must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain it throughout employment. Candidate should be proficient with computer software applications used in patient care, patient care equipment, evaluation tools, and therapeutic modalities.
• Responsibilities: Evaluates patients' functional abilities, establishes treatment plans and goals, documents care in accordance with professional guidelines, communicates patient progress to the healthcare team, and collaborates with patients and families. Demonstrates adaptability, supervises and delegates tasks per department policies, and participates in departmental activities and process improvements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and experience are preferred.
