Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Proven experience in a stepdown or telemetry nursing unit
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to operate various monitoring equipment confidently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
