FOH Assistant Director
Position Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, servant-hearted leader to join our team as a FOH Assistant Director . This role is responsible for leading front-line operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, developing team members, and driving daily performance across food safety, speed of service, and hospitality.
As a FOH Assistant Director, you are a culture carrier—modeling excellence, upholding standards, and upholding our team values with every shift.

Qualifications
- 3+ year of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant or Chick-fil-A leadership preferred
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Availability to work , evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
