Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist with daily customer interactions, event support, and client service tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers during events, appointments, and in-person engagements.

Support client outreach initiatives and represent brands with professionalism.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Assist with event setups, product displays, and general on-site operations.

Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and fully prepared for customer engagement.

Provide general administrative support to the client service and operations teams.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong communication and people skills.

Positive and professional attitude.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
