Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
- Responsibilities and growth: As an ER RN, you’ll perform rapid patient assessments, triage and prioritize care, establish airway management and IV access, administer medications per protocol, interpret monitoring equipment, and collaborate with physicians and ancillary teams to implement evidence-based interventions. You’ll lead patient education, discharge planning, and documentation in electronic health records. The environment demands situational awareness, composure under pressure, and clear, concise communication. This assignment offers ongoing opportunities to expand trauma nursing competencies, sepsis protocols, chest pain pathways, and pediatric emergency care, with mentoring and continuing education support available to propel your career forward.
- Competitive compensation and perks: Weekly pay ranges from $2,020 to $2,096, reflecting the specialized skill set and high demand for ER expertise. In addition to competitive compensation, you’ll have access to a bonus structure designed to recognize performance and commitment. Housing assistance helps ease transition when you’re traveling, and there are extension opportunities to extend your assignment if you wish to deepen your experience in a given location.
- Comprehensive travel support: You’ll benefit from 24/7 support while traveling with the company—our dedicated team is ready to assist with housing, credentialing, travel logistics, and any on-the-ground needs that may arise. We prioritize smooth onboarding, credential verification, and continuity of care so you can focus on clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
- Scheduling and guarantees: The program centers on a steady schedule with guaranteed hours of 24.0 per week, acknowledging the energy ER work requires while providing predictability for personal planning. Start date and duration align with a weeks-long engagement designed to deliver meaningful contributions while maintaining work-life balance. Company values
