Job Located in Kingman, AZ

Job Duties

• Responsible for shipping and receiving of Encore equipment.
• Provide miscellaneous support to co-employees and cross-train within the department.
• Assist Coordinators with accurate information of equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (5S).

Desk/Computer Work

• Record model and serial numbers of trucks, batteries, chargers, etc., needed on Bill of Lading.
• Record incoming equipment on receiving sheet.
• Tag equipment for inventory control.
• Arrange for cranes when needed (for loading/unloading purposes).
• Work with customer, freight, and container companies to establish pick- up and delivery date/time (including trucks being exported.)
• Update equipment status and locations in equipment tacking module.

Shipping and Receiving (Dock Work)

• Load and unload all equipment. Blocking equipment as required per freight companies being used.
• Build wood skids and crates as required for shipping equipment.
• Crate and skid equipment for shipments per customer request. Prepare equipment for overseas shipments.
• Stand up and lay down taller trucks using a hoist so that they can be received or shipped to customer.

Wood Inventory

• Tracking and recording wood used for shipping/skidding.
• Order shipping dunnage as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach above shoulder level, and frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to see, talk, and hear.
• Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and use air and battery powered hand tools.
• Must be able to use common hand tools.
