Physical Therapist
Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In our collaborative, learning-focused clinic, you’ll evaluate musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, design evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education. You’ll educate patients on home programs, document in EMR, and coordinate care with a skilled interdisciplinary team.
