Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director will lead a progressive hospital HR Department focused on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, organizational development, learning and leadership pathways, and regulatory readiness; data-driven dashboards, streamlined workflows, and compliant policies empower the Human Resources Director to align staffing and culture strategies with high-acuity clinical operations across the hospital.
The Human Resources Director will report to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate closely with the CNO, CMO, CFO, and service line leaders, receiving strong support from HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations; daily responsibilities for the Human Resources Director include stewarding inclusive culture, partnering with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team, optimizing compensation and benefits, guiding employee relations, advancing DEI, modernizing HRIS, ensuring labor and regulatory compliance, and driving performance.
