Role: Data Center Technician - OSP
Pay: $26-32/hour + benefits + OT pay
Location: Goodyear, AZ
About: We're looking for experienced OSP (Outside Plant) Data Center Technicians to support the installation of underground and campus fiber infrastructure that connects mission-critical data center facility.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of hands-on OSP data center experience (required)
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hyperscale clients such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, or AWS.
- Fiber splicing or splice preparation experience.
- Fiber testing experience (OTDR, power meter, light source).
