CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE VETERINARY FIELD.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first person that a customer and their pet(s) encounters on the phone and in the hospital. The CSR’s job is to understand, empathize and assist clients in a professional manner, while minimizing their pets’ fear and anxiety. The CSR supports the veterinarians, veterinary technicians and assistants by offering outstanding scheduling and communication with our clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a list of job functions and responsibilities that CSR’s are expected to perform:

• Customer Service/Communication

• Organization/Schedule Management

• Computer use/Record keeping

• Money management

• Housekeeping/Maintenance

• Knowledge of animal behavior

Previous experience in a veterinarian office required.
