Join Our Growing Wellness Team as a Massage Therapist!
If you’re passionate about helping people reach their health and wellness goals, we’d love to meet you. Our small but expanding North Scottsdale clinic is looking for an energetic, hardworking Massage Therapist - whether you’re already licensed or currently in training.

Position Details

This is a part-time opportunity with 1-4 in-office shifts per week.

Ideal Availability:
Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM & Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in chiropractic or pain management (preferred, not required)

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Punctual and dependable

• Genuine passion for helping patients achieve their wellness goals

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $27/hr + tips , DOE, certifications, wellness education, and shift structure

• Health benefit plan available to all full-time therapists (20 hrs/week) after a 90-day probationary period

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

• Follow treatment plans as outlined by the treating provider

• Educate patients on simple at-home care and maintenance techniques

• Perform and explain trigger point therapy

• Provide up to five consecutive 53-minute trigger point sessions

• Demonstrate knowledge of therapist-assisted stretching

Additional Duties:

• Provide off-site chair massages at local corporate offices and health fairs

• Follow up with potential patients from outreach events

• Participate in trade sessions with fellow therapists to maintain high standards of care
