Remote Scheduling Coordinator | Work From Home | Training Provided
We are expanding our team and are seeking Remote Scheduling Coordinators for candidates located in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a fully remote position offering flexible scheduling and structured training.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage scheduling and booking requests.
- Communicate with customers regarding availability, updates, and confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
- Assist with organizing itineraries and service details.
- Ensure all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Daily workflow:
- Review incoming scheduling and service requests.
- Coordinate and confirm bookings and availability.
- Communicate updates and details to customers.
- Complete tasks within flexible timeframes.
