About the Job

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests entering and exiting, creating a positive experience.
• Verify proper age identification of guests to maintain legal compliance and ensure responsible service.
• Conduct thorough entry screenings and inspections to promote guest safety and uphold venue standards.
• Assist in the removal of individuals as necessary, documenting incidents with detailed reports.
• Prioritize employee and guest safety by maintaining a secure environment during operations.
• Utilize strong crowd management and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
• Maintain situational awareness and vigilance, ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
