Vice President of FP&A POST NUMBER: 151100

I'm currently partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization on a newly created Vice President of FP&A opportunity. This is a unique chance to join a company during a transformational period and play a key role in shaping its financial strategy, growth initiatives, and long-term success. This position will serve as the right hand to the CFO, providing strategic financial leadership while helping scale the FP&A function and supporting executive decision-making across the business. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a spreadsheet all day. Phoenix, AZ Area | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite) ? $220K-$230K Base Bonus Equity Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
