This full-time role is located onsite—remote options are not available—and focuses on providing exceptional instruction to students who face emotional disabilities and other complex learning needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Secondary Teaching License
• Current K-12 Special Education Certificate
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Prior experience supporting students with emotional or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with diverse populations, including at-risk youth, English language learners, and students from varied backgrounds
• Strong knowledge of federally and locally compliant documentation and individualized education planning
• Completion of Essential Elements of Effective Instruction (E.E.E.I.) training or willingness to participate in staff development opportunities

Role Highlights:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction and social-emotional support to students in a traditional classroom
• Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans in compliance with state, federal, and district requirements

• Maintain accurate and timely student records, progress reports, and communication logs
