The Opportunity

Facility Innovations Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher who takes pride in producing exceptional concrete work and delivering a polished final product. This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who understands that concrete finishing is both a technical trade and a craft. You will play a key role in supporting commercial construction projects throughout Arizona, ensuring concrete surfaces meet the highest standards of quality, appearance, and functionality. How You Will Make an Impact

• Finish concrete surfaces according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Apply finishing techniques including troweling, broom finishing, edging, and joint finishing.
• Work from established layouts and grade controls to ensure proper elevation and surface consistency.
• Ensure all concrete surfaces are level, smooth, and compliant with ADA requirements when applicable.
• Inspect finished work and address imperfections before project completion.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times.
• Collaborate with field crews and project teams to keep projects on schedule and maintain quality expectations.
• Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and job site safety.

What You Bring to the Team

• Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience, preferably within commercial construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to follow direction, project specifications, and established quality standards.
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
